Business Development Manager

Off the back of a strong close to 2023, Juice is looking to grow the team in 2024! We are on the hunt for a BDM who has the drive to hit the ground running and be a significant contributor to our next growth stage. 

Juice Business Development Manager

This is an exciting time to join as we are still a small team so your role is to not only close deals but to be a thought leader on how we take that next step. This role is perfect for someone currently working as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) looking for that step up. Or someone in Business Development or Sales looking for their next challenge.

Responsibilities

  • Hunting for new business
  • Managing the full sales cycle
  • Develop new relationships to grow business and help the company expand
  • Maintain existing business
  • Identify new partnership opportunities
  • Think critically when planning to ensure project success
  • Reporting to the Head of Commercial

Experience

  • 2 years prior industry-related business development experience in finance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
