    1. Terms
      1. Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).
      2. We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:
        1. Identity Data includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier, title and date of birth.
        2. Contact Data includes billing address, email address and telephone numbers.
        3. Financial Data includes bank account and payment card details and insurance details.
        4. Criminal Offence Data includes the details concerning any director disqualification order made in relation to any person.   Please also see the section below under the heading ‘Criminal Offence Data’.

Access Data includes username, log in and password details for your Bank Account, Card Processor Account and other third party services (including, but not limited to, Adwords, Facebook, Google Analytics, Shopify, Stripe and such other accounts as may be required from time to time), provided by you to us as part of any application process relating to funding of any nature and/or in relation to any goods/services offered by us from time to time.
        6. Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of services you have purchased from us.
        7. Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website. When you use the mobile versions of our Site, we may collect the unique device identifier assigned to that device by phone makers, carriers, or makers of the operating system (the 'Device ID'). Device IDs allow app developers, and others to uniquely identify your device for purposes of storing application preferences and other data.
        8. Profile Data includes your username and password, service purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.

      5. We may as part of our legal obligations under anti-money laundering legislation, require information in respect of any criminal records, sanctions or embargoes.
      Criminal Offence data We collect Criminal Offence Data as part of our Know Your Customer (“KYC”) checks where it is in our legitimate interests to do so and only when we obtain your consent to facilitate these checks. Where any person(s) involved with the company have previously been subject to a director disqualification order, we will conduct Enhanced Due Diligence checks on the individual(s) concerned in accordance with our current KYC/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. The processing of this category of personal information is therefore necessary to determine your acceptability (or that of any company with which you are associated) for a loan or funding of any nature, which will be reviewed on a case by case basis. We will always ask for your consent to carry out our KYC checks via Creditsafe (our third party credit report company) but please be aware that if such consent is not provided you or any company with which you are associated will not be eligible for any loan and we will terminate our Services with you or any company with which you are associated automatically with immediate effect.
    2. If You Fail to Provide Personal Data We take reasonable steps designed to ensure that your Personal Data that we process are limited to the Personal Data reasonably required in connection with the purposes set out in this Policy. We do not seek to collect or process Personal Data about race or ethnicity, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, physical or mental health, or sexual life. Where we need to collect Personal Data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into (for example, to provide our client with Services).
